Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, giving us time to fully prepare the villa for your arrival. We kindly ask that you check out by 10:00 AM on your departure day. This ensures that the villa can be cleaned and readied for the next guests. If you need an earlier check-in or later check-out, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible. Please reach out in advance to confirm availability for such requests.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate changes in your plans. If you cancel your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking fee. We understand that unexpected events can occur, so please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any concerns or special circumstances regarding your cancellation.
Is the villa suitable for families or large groups?
Yes, the villa is perfectly suited for families and groups. With2 spacious bedrooms and multiple common areas, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
